Target Group: NGOs/ Trust/Village Panchayat / Municipalties/  working for Senior Citizens

Objectives & Eligibility Criteria:

• To provide their daily required things like hearing and vision testing and supply aids, spectacles and walking aids.
• For keeping good physical and mental health "day care center".
• All the citizens having the age 60 years and above who are resident of Goa for the last 15 years.
• Income should not exceed to Rs. 60000/- per annum.

Amount /Nature of Support: Rs.30000/- as installation grants

Regular Grants:

• Honorarium to attendant Rs.48,000/-p.a
• News papers/periodicals grants Rs.5000/-p.a.
• Electricity/water supply charges Rs.12,000/-p.a.
• Telephone charges Rs.6,000/-p.a.
• Sweeping/cleaning charges Rs.30,000/-p.a.
• Miscellaneous charges Rs.5,000/-p.a.
• Providing light refreshment/tea to the members Rs.72,000/-p.a.
• Rent of the premises Rs.500/-p.m

Document Required:

• Application in prescribed form
• N.O.C. from the V.P./ Municipalities & N.O.C from house owners incase it is run by NGO in rented premises.
• 3 Years Audit  & Annual Report
• Copy of Registration Certificate under Society Act
• Memorandum of Associations and Bye Laws.
• Aadhaar Card copy
